This is the first project fully invested for by Decathlon in Turkey. Located in the same area as Expo 2016 in Muratpasa borough of Antalya province, this project was issued with a LEED Silver Certificate.
It covers a footprint area of 15,000 m2 including a sales area of 4,000 m2 and indoor and outdoor car parks. Design management, tender management , construction management, and Leed advising management services were provided by us.
We were hired during the design stage of this project, and provided all the management and technical coordination services needed for it. We provided control reports during the construction management, Leed stage coordination, testing and commissioning stages, managed the store delivery stage for the sales team and provided the necessary supports until the unveiling ceremony.
