We provided Decathlon with project designing and management services for its stores ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 m2 located all over Turkey.

Technical advising services were provided for potential stores planned in various locations; preliminary budgets were prepared and feasibility studies were performed for them; electrical, mechanical and security drawings were drawn in accordance with decoration drawings after leases were signed with landlords. Surveys, bills of quantities and technical specifications were performed and developed; management services were provided for tenders. Construction management services were provided after contractors were awarded. Management and technical matters were coordinated in accordance with leases signed with landlords during the construction stage; coordination with subcontractors was provided. Control reports were issued on testing and commissioning stage; management services were provided for delivery of the stores to the sales team, and various supports were provided until the stores opened.
