This Project is a H&M COS store under construction, situated on two basement floors and five upper floors, covering a footprint area of 1,736.43 m2, only the load-bearing reinforced concrete system was completed to date, elevations are still yet to be built. We were assigned to:
- Draw the architectural, electrical, mechanical and safety fitout drawings
- Prepare the tender documents
- Provide project management services during the construction stage.
