This project is offices for AEH Anadolu Gayrimenkul, situated on two floors of AND Plaza, covering a gross footprint area of 2,600 m2, designed and built to meet the requirements of Platinum Certificate in the LEED 2009 for Core and Shell segment specified in the green building rating system of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) developed and managed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), given a LEED Platinum Certificate in February 2016.
