This project was MAPFRE Genel Sigorta insurance company’s offices located in the Torun Center Building issued with a LEED Gold Interior certificate.
The above mentioned offices of Mapfre Genel Sigorta occupy floors 27 to 36, a garden office on Basement 2, and a terrace on floor 33 of the Torun Center Building, covering a total footprint area of 8,400 m2 and comprising the said company’s head office.
Architectural design drawings were provided by ASOS and L35; we provided all electromechanical and security system calculations and drawings and coordinated the discussions with MAPFRE Spain. These offices will be issued with a Leed Gold Certificate. We provided all design management services. We prepared the tender file, managed the tender process, and selected a contractor to award the project. During the construction stage we provided managerial and technical coordination between the contractor and the building management office. We also supervised the decoration stage to ensure the decorations to be installed in accordance with the quality specifications subject to the project design criteria and the budget.
