Project management services are provided; construction of this bank head office covering 66,000 m2 and issued with Shell & Core A+ Leed Gold Certificate was started in June 2014 and is still in progress. It will have an E12 usable space of 40,000 m2 and be used by approximately 3,500 people. The fitout stage of this A+ Leed Gold Certificated bank head office is scheduled to start in June 2016.
We started to provide services at the project development stage, and will continue to do so until the bank moves to this new head office. We provided all managerial, technical and services between the land owner and the Employer; developed the draft agreement and technical specifications to be signed by and between the contractor and the Employer; supervised the drawing stage; provided process quality and contract management services during the construction stage; provided reporting, budget control and cost control services; provided management services for the interior decoration tender, selected an interior decoration contractor; provided drawings and surveys for the design stage; provided the interior decoration drawings and budget; and managed the relevant tenders. Now we are providing budget, quality and process management services for the construction stage.
